Reports
Once a site survey has been completed Consilium will assemble all its findings in a comprehensive and detailed report. We will endeavour to provide a report to our client within five working days of the site survey.
Areas the report will cover are detailed below.
The report would include:
- Claiments' name and address
- Site / room(s) of floor
- Indentification of type of floor including specfication, and manufacturer if applicable
- Damage being claimed for
- Age of floor
- Ascertaining type of subfloor
- Ascertaining fitting method used and suitability
- Accessories used
- Moisture readings - all areas such as floor, ambient humidity etc
- Comments - comprehensive report on findings and suitability considering all above points
- Guide to replacement costs both retail and wholesale, and labour costs
- Original supplier if can be established
