Consilium offer nationwide coverage. Our role is to visit a claimant to ascertain the damage and integrity of the claim.

On speaking to claimants they often inform us that the original flooring was purchased from a budget retail outlet (e.g. DIY stores or internet) and then asked a “jobbing” tradesman or even a friend to install it. Invariably, we have found that it has been installed incorrectly. This introduces an indemnity issue that we feel the insurance companies should be informed about.
